List of Documents required for admission after passing test

• Photographs: 4- Photos of child and 1-Photo of father & 1-Photo of mother.
• Transfer Certificate (TC): Duly Authenticated Original Document.
• Self-attested photocopy of Marks Card / Progress Report of the previous school.
• Self-attested photocopy of the Date of Birth (D.O.B) issued by the Hospital / Municipal Committee / Police Station.
• Medical Fitness Certificate duly attested from Government Hospital.
• Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar Card of the parents and the child.
• Self-attested photocopy of Social Category, if applicable.
