CBSE KHO-KHO CLUSTER CEREMONY-15-16th OCT,2019

CBSE CLUSTER XVIII KHO-KHO TOURNAMENT 2019-20:It was a matterof rare concern for the
school to organise "NORTH ZONE CBSE CLUSTER XVIII KHO-KHO TOURNAMENT" in school
premises from 15th to 16thOct, 2019. Sh. I D Soni, State Commissioner, J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides,
was the Chief Guest of the Opening Ceremony of the Tournament. Jenab Sohail Kazmi, Editor-in-Chief,
The Daily Taskeen; Sh. Ravi Tickoo, President Speedball Association, J&K; Ms. Kiran Jyoti, District
Sports officer, Samba; Sh. Ashok Kumar, Zonal Physical Officer (ZPO), Vijaypur and Sh. Sham Pal
Slathia, DOC, J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides, Samba graced the occasion as Special Guests. Sh. B. S Tirthi,
National Coach Kho Kho was the CBSE Observer for the matches.
Sh. Shakti S Pathak, IPS, SSP Samba was the Chief Guest on the closing day of the event.
Chairman of school Sh. Hira Lal Abrol, Director Mr. Gourav Abrol and Principal Mr. Kundan Lal Dogra
were also present during the program. Over 200 players (boys and girls) drawn from CBSE schools of
Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir & Haryana, took part in U-17 & U-19 categories.
